Directions
Adults:
- First 2 weeks: Take 1 capsule 3 times daily with food.
- After 2 weeks: Take 1 capsule 2 times daily with food.
Or take as directed by a health care practitioner.

Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or to exclude a diagnosis of prostate cancer. Consult a health care practitioner if you notice blood in the urine or acute urine retention, or if symptoms persist or worsen. Do not use if you are allergic to Cucurbita species (pumpkin, squash, and related plants).
Known Adverse Reactions: Hypersensitivity (allergy) has been known to occur, in which case discontinue use.
