SHIPPING TERMS

  • We currently only ship to addresses in Canada.
  • We offer a FREE shipping method called Standard Economy on orders of $75 or more (before taxes), excluding remote & difficult to serve locations.* Using this method means that you are okay with us choosing the most cost-effective way to ship your product.
  • Orders below $75 are subject to a flat rate fee of $12.95 using our Standard Economy shipping method or less, depending on the order size and whether other, more cost-effective shipping methods are offered at checkout.
  • All orders typically require 1-6 business days of processing time to be picked, packed, and prepared for shipping.

    *Some orders may require additional shipping charges depending on location, package size, and weight. In such an event, the customer will be contacted before this charge is added.

    DELIVERY STANDARDS

    Delivery standards are the number of business days Canada Post is committed to delivering an item, although delivery can take place earlier.

    These standards are used in our Standard Economy shipping method: no shipping fee on orders over $75 and a $12.95 flat rate fee for orders less than $75. An example is Canada Post's Regular Parcel™, an economical ground delivery service in Canada. 

    Some time expectations in Canada:

    Excluding remote and difficult-to-serve locations, all orders should arrive within 1-9 business days anywhere in Canada after they have been processed and shipped.

    IN-STORE PICKUP

    You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our physical location at 2465 Yonge Street in Toronto. After placing your order and selecting the pickup option at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 3 hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready.

    DAMAGES AND ISSUES

    Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. A refund could be issued upon inspection of a digital image of the item. We will notify you and let you know if approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
