Refund policy

NOTICE

As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to evolve and impact communities, we have been notified by many of our suppliers that they are suspending accepting returns until the state of emergency is lifted across the provinces where they operate. We followed their lead when the crisis began and suspended accepting returns at our physical location. Accordingly, while also ensuring safety to our staff and customers, we are currently not accepting any returns or exchanges on purchases made through the online shop until further notice.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. A refund could be issued upon inspection of a digital image of the item. We will notify you and let you know if approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
