Naka Platinum BioActive Multi Delicious is a liquid multivitamin with a natural peach-mango flavour, for adults who’d rather drink their vitamins than swallow pills. One daily 30 mL serving provides B vitamins in active forms, including methylfolate and methylcobalamin. It also includes vitamins C, D3, and E, beta-carotene, chromium, zinc, silicon, MSM, and the BCAAs leucine, isoleucine, and valine. It’s sweetened with stevia and xylitol.

Directions
