Each strain has been carefully selected for its natural resistance to gastric acid, allowing the probiotics to reach the intestines at full potency. This formula not only offers Lactobacilli to support small intestine health, but also Bifidobacteria, the most prevalent friendly bacteria in the large intestine.
Unfortunately, the populations of these good bacteria, such as B. breve, decline rapidly as we age, leaving us vulnerable to infection by pathogenic organisms.
