Directions
To use, ignite the smudge stick or palo santo stick and blow out the flame, allowing the sacred smoke to cleanse and purify the space. Recite your intention when smudging, to raise the vibration.
With this kit, all four elements are present when you are smudging: the smudge and palo santo stick represent Earth, the burning embers represent Fire, the shell represents Water, and the smoke represents Air, and so the cleansing effects are magnified.
