Recommended Use or Purpose:
Increases lean muscle mass when used in conjunction with a resistance training regimen. Improves performance in repetitive bouts of brief, highly intense physical activity (e.g. sprints, jumping, resistance training) by increasing muscle energy levels.
Recommended Dose:
(Adults (18 years and over)): Loading Phase (5-7 days): Take 15-20 g/day, not to exceed 5 g per dose, mixed with water, juice, or a protein shake. Maintenance Phase: Take one scoop (5 g) daily.
