Description

Narrow-leaf peppermint, Siberian fir, Cajuput, Lemon, Clove, and Cinnamon essential oils are used in aromatherapy to help relieve colds and cough.

Grapefruit and Lemongrass essential oils are used in aromatherapy as a nervine and calmative.

Pranarōm AROMAVITA is 100% pure and natural chemotyped essential oil blends, destined to be mixed with a Pranarōm vegetable oil of your choice and applied topically by gently massaging.

Pranarōm has developed these blends based on their knowledge of essential oils.

Ingredients

Eucalyptus radiata (Narrow-leaf peppermint essential oil) (leaf) 20%, Abies sibirica (Siberian fir essential oil) (needle) 20%, Citrus paradisi (Grapefruit essential oil) (fruit peel) 18%, Melaleuca cajuputi (Cajuput essential oil) (leaf) 16%, Citrus limon (Lemon essential oil) (fruit peel) 15%, Cymbopogon citratus (Lemongrass essential oil) (herb top) 7%, Syzygium aromaticum (Clove essential oil) (bud) 2%, Cinnamomum verum (Cinnamon bark essential oil) (bark) 2%. 

Directions & Cautions

Dosage:

Adults (≥ 18 years): Local topical application: Add 1-4 drops to 5 ml of neutral vegetable carrier oil and apply to affected area up to 3 times per day. Do not use essential oils undiluted.

Direct inhalation: apply 1-6 drops of undiluted essential oil to handkerchief or tissue and inhale occasionally up to 3 times per day.

For occasional use only. Not for oral use. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil. Store at room temperature.

Diffusion: 1-6 drops can be added undiluted into the diffuser (ultrasonic, atmospheric). The duration and the intensity of diffusion vary according to the size of the room. Place the diffuser in order to avoid contact with the face and the eyes. Always follow the instructions of the diffuser used.


Cautions and warnings:

Keep out of reach of children. If accidental ingestion occurs, seek urgent medical attention or contact a Poison Control Center. If you have epilepsy or asthma, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Do not expose the applied area(s) to the sun for 24 to 48 hours after application. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a health care practitioner.


Contraindications:

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, do not use this product. If you have broken, irritated, or sensitive skin, do not use this product.


Known adverse reactions:

If you experience nausea, dizziness, headache, or an allergic reaction, discontinue use.
