Directions & Cautions

Provides antioxidants. A factor in the maintenance of healthy bones, cartilage, teeth, gums, and connective tissue formation. A source of vitamin A to help maintain eyesight, and night vision. Helps to maintain healthy hair, nails, and skin. Helps with maintaining normal metabolism of iron. Helps prevent vitamin D, B3, pantothenic acid, B6, and B12 deficiency. Provides electrolytes for the maintenance of good health. Helps support the immune system.

Adults: Take one (1) scoop per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after other medications or natural health products. 400 mcg of folate per day is adequate for most women to reduce the risk of neural tube defects. Consult a healthcare practitioner to determine if you would benefit from additional folate before taking this product.
