Recommended Use

Magnesium Drink Mix for Kids is a factor in the maintenance of good health. Helps in energy metabolism, tissue formation, bone development and to maintain proper muscle function. 

Directions

Ages 4 to 8 - take 1 scoop per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Ages 9 to 18 - take 1 scoop, 1 - 2 times per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. If you can't resist and want to try it yourself, adults and parents can take it too!
Adults - take 1 scoop, 1 - 3 times per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
